1. Refund Eligibility We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, provided there is a valid reason, such as:
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved.
- The extension not functioning as described.
- We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
- After the 7-day period, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Refund Process To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for the refund. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Issues caused by improper use or failure to follow instructions.
- Failure to uninstall the extension before the refund request.
4. Refund Method- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
5. White-Label Extension Plan-
- The purchase of our White-Label Extension Plan is non-refundable.
- Once payment is made and access to the plan is granted, no refunds or cancellations are allowed.
